Project Scope
The first and most important phase (which is generally overlooked) of any Business Continuity Management framework is the project scope stage.
This stage clearly documents the desired outcomes and deliverables of the client's Business Continuity needs, builds the strategy to increase the client’s awareness of the BCM process, gains the necessary support and involvement from client’s senior management team to not only sign off on the project scope, but also to drive the process internally throughout the duration of the project.
